Perlombaan senjata nuklir adalah persaingan untuk memperebutkan supremasi dalam perang nuklir antara Amerika Serikat, Uni Soviet, dan sekutu masing-masing selama Perang Dingin. Pada periode yang sama, selain persediaan nuklir Amerika dan Soviet, negara-negara lain juga mengembangkan senjata nuklir, meskipun tidak ada negara lain yang memproduksi hulu ledak nuklir dalam skala yang mendekati kedua negara adidaya tersebut.
