Sisa altar Caesar menjadi situs ziarah bagi para pengunjung dari seluruh belahan Italia dan dunia. Bunga dan barang lainnya ditinggalkan disana pada peringatan sehari-hari dan istimewa yang diadakan pada 15 Maret untuk mengenang kematian Caesar.[2][3]
