Kioumars Ghereghlou adalah kurator Koleksi Timur Tengah di Universitas Stanford sejak September 2021. Ia adalah seorang sejarawan, pustakawan, dan instruktur berdasarkan pendidikannya. Sebelumnya Ia bekerja sebagai Asisten Bibliografi di Perpustakaan Universitas Columbia. Sejak 2011 hingga 2017, Ia bekerja sebagai Peneliti Madya di Pusat Studi Iran di Universitas Columbia.^[1]

Ghereghlou memperoleh gelar BA dalam Bahasa dan Sastra Iran/Persia dari Universitas Ferdowsi Mashhad pada 2000, dan gelar MA dan PhD dalam Sejarah dari Universitas Shahid Beheshti di Teheran pada 2006. Ia juga memperoleh gelar MLIS dari Universitas Rutgers–New Brunswick pada 2021.^[2]
