Keterlibatan pihak swasta dalam kejahatan Nazi sangat luas dan mencakup meluasnya penggunaan kerja paksa di Jerman Nazi dan Eropa yang diduduki Jerman, penyitaan properti dari orang-orang Yahudi dan korban lainnya oleh bank dan perusahaan asuransi, dan pengangkutan orang ke kamp konsentrasi dan kamp pemusnahan Nazi dengan kereta api. Setelah perang, perusahaan berusaha meremehkan keterlibatan mereka dalam kejahatan dan mengklaim bahwa mereka juga menjadi korban totalitarianisme Nazi. Namun, peran sektor swasta di Jerman Nazi digambarkan sebagai contoh kejahatan perusahaan-negara.^[1]
