Giacomo Antonelli (2 April 1806 – 6 November 1876) adalah seorang kardinal deakon Italia. Ia menjadi Sekretaris Kardinal Negara dari 1848 sampai ia wafat; ia memainkan peran penting dalam politik Italia, menentang penyatuan Italia dan memegang kepentingan Katolik Roma dalam urusan Eropa. Ia sering kali disebut "Richelieu Italia".[1]
