Dugesia adalah sebuah genusplanaria air tawar dalam familI Dugesiidae, serta menjadi genus tipe dari famili ini. Cacing pipih umum ini ditemukan di habitat-habitat air tawar di Afrika, Eurasia dan Australia. Dugesia paling dikenal oleh khayalak umum karena kemampuan regenerasinya.[2]
