Flavius Stilicho (/ˈstɪlɪkoʊ/; terkadang disebut sebagai Stilico; s. 359 – 22 Agustus 408) adalah seorang jenderal berpangkat tinggi (magister militum) dalam angkatan darat Romawi yang menjadi pria paling berpengaruh di Kekaisaran Romawi Barat pada masanya.[1] Ia adalah belasteran Vandal dan menikahi kemenakan Kaisar Theodosius I; masa jabatannya di bawah pemerintahan Honorius menandai titik tinggi dari laju Jermanik dalam layanan Roma.[2]
