Sanzō Nosaka (野坂 参三code: ja is deprecated , Nosaka Sanzō, 30 Maret 1892 – 14 November 1993 ) adalah seorang pendiri Partai Komunis Jepang yang bekerja sebagai penulis, penyunting, pengorganisir buruh, agen komunis, politikus, dan profesor universitas. Ia adalah putra dari saudagar Jepang kaya, dan masuk Universitas Keio. Saat di universitas, Nosaka meminati gerakan-gerakan sosial, dan bergabung dengan organisasi buruh moderat setelah lulus, bekerja sebagai anggota staf riset, dan penulis dan penyunting majalah organisasi tersebut. Ia datang ke Inggris pada 1919 untuk mempelajari ekonomi politik, dimana ia mendalami kajian Marxisme dan menjadi komunis. Nosaka adalah anggota pendiri Partai Komunis Britania Raya, tetapi kegiatannya dalam lingkar komunis Inggris membuatnya dideportasi dari Inggris pada 1921.^[1]
