Perjanjian Pertahanan Bersama Amerika Serikat–Britania Raya 1958 adalah sebuah perjanjian bilateral antara Amerika Serikat dan Britania Raya mengenai kerja sama senjata nuklir. Nama lengkap perjanjian ini adalah Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for Cooperation on the uses of Atomic Energy for Mutual Defense Purposes ("Perjanjian antara Pemerintah Amerika Serikat dan Pemerintah Kerajaan Bersatu Britania Raya dan Irlandia Utara untuk Kerjasama dalam Penggunaan Energi Atom untuk Tujuan Pertahanan Bersama"). Perjanjian ini membuka jalan bagi pertukaran informasi, teknologi, dan bahan terkait senjata nuklir antara kedua negara. Walaupun AS memiliki perjanjian kerja sama nuklir dengan negara lain, termasuk Prancis dan negara-negara NATO lainnya, perjanjian dengan Britania ini adalah yang bersifat paling luas dan menyeluruh. Perjanjian ini memiliki nilai strategis yang penting untuk Britania, dan Harold Macmillan (Perdana Menteri yang berkuasa saat Britania memulai pernjanjian ini, menyebutnya the Great Prize" ("Hadiah Besar").[1]
