Usul pengembangan

Menurut saya artikel ini masih bisa disempurnakan dengan menambahkan data statistik sumbangsih sektor pariwisata bagi devisa Indonesia secara umum, tidak hanya per tahun saja (di artikel ini hanya disebutkan tahun 2009). Mohon bantuannya bila ada yang memiliki akses ke data semacam itu. sentausa (bicara) 08:13, 22 Juli 2011 (UTC)

Selain itu, pembahasan pada artikel ini sebagian besar tertumpu mengenai sejarah maupun objek wisata di pulau Jawa dan sekitarnya (seperti Nusa Tenggara dan Bali). Sedangkan pulau-pulau lainnya, terutama pulau Sumatera dan Kalimantan tidak disinggung sedikitpun pada subbagian tersebut atau subbagian yang lain. Padahal judul yang dipaparkan adalah "Pariwisata di Indonesia".
