Pada anatomi, otot temporalis atau otot temporal adalah salah satu otot yang berperan pada pengunyahan. Otot ini merupakan sejenis otot konvergen lebar yang berbentuk kipas, yang terletak di kedua sisi kepala, mengisi fosa temporal, superior terhadap lengkung zigomatik, sehingga menutupi sebagian besar tulang temporal.^[1] Temporal di sini merujuk kepada pelipis (temple) kepala.
