Nemacheilidae atau jeler adalah salah satu keluarga ikan dalam ordo cypriniformes. Ikan ini mendiami lingkungan sungai. Persebarannya kebanyakan ditemukan di Eurasia, sedangkan salah satu genusnya yakni Afronemacheilus ditemukan di Afrika. Keluarga ini mencakup sekitar 790 spesies ikan.
