Kuda laut Barbour (Hippocampus barbouri) adalah sebuah spesies ikan dalam keluarga Syngnathidae.[1]Hippocampus barbouri ditemukan di rumput laut dan perairan dangkal di lepas pesisir Filipina, Malaysia, dan Indonesia.[2]
