Karl Valentin (nama lahir Valentin Ludwig Fey, 4 Juni 1882 – 9 Februari 1948) adalah seorang pelawak, pementas kabaret, badut, pengarang dan produser film asal Bayern. Ia memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada budaya Jerman Weimar. Valentin membintangi banyak film bisu pada 1920an, dan terkadang dijuluki "Charlie Chaplin dari Jerman".^[1] Karyanya memiliki pengaruh esensial pada artis-artis seperti Bertolt Brecht, Samuel Beckett, Loriot dan Helge Schneider.
