Charidemus (bahasa Yunani: Χαρίδημοςcode: grc is deprecated ), dari Oreus di Euboea, adalah seorang pemimpin merkenari Yunani dari abad ke-4 SM. Pada sekitar tahun 367 SM, ia berjuang di bawah jenderal Atena Iphicrates melawan Amphipolis.
