Kapal tempur kelas Fusō (扶桑型戦艦code: ja is deprecated , Fusō-gata senkan) adalah kelas kapal tempur milik Angkatan Laut Kekaisaran Jepang yang bertipe dreadnought. Kapal-kapal kelas Fusō dibuat ketika Perang Dunia I berkecamuk. Ketika diluncurkan, kapal ini lebih hebat daripada kapal sejenis milik Angkatan Laut Inggris dan Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat. Ada dua kapal dari kelas ini, yaitu Fusō dan Yamashiro. Namun karena desainnya sudah dianggap ketinggalan zaman ketika Perang Dunia II pecah, maka kedua kapal tempur ini hanya berperan sedikit dalam Perang Pasifik. Baik Fusō maupun Yamashiro hancur dan tenggelam dalam Pertempuran Teluk Leyte, tepatnya di Selat Surigao.^[1]

Yamashiro merupakan kapal tempur Jepang pertama yang dapat meluncurkan pesawat terbang.^[2]
