John Peters Humphrey, OC (30 April 1905 – 14 Maret 1995) adalah seorang ahli hukum dan pengacara hak asasi manusia asal Kanada. Ia dikenal sebagai penulis rancangan pertama Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia Universal.
