Jerry Fincher Hough (kelahiran 1935^[1]) adalah James B. Duke Professor dari Ilmu Politik di Duke University. Hough telah mengajar di Duke sejak 1973; ia sebelumnya mengajar di University of Toronto dan University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, dan menjabat sebagai anggota senior di The Brookings Institution. Hough meraih gelar A.B., A.M. dan PhD dari Harvard University. Ia berencana berhenti mengajar pada 2016 dan pensiun pada 2018.^[2] Ia adalah mantan suami sejarawan Australia-Amerika dari kajian Uni Soviet Sheila Fitzpatrick.
