Jeffrey Richards (lahir sekitar tahun 1945)^[1]  adalah seorang sejarawan Inggris. Dididik di Jesus College, Cambridge, dia adalah Profesor Sejarah Budaya di Universitas Lancaster. Seorang sejarawan budaya dan kritikus film terkemuka, dia adalah penulis lebih dari 15 buku tentang sejarah budaya Inggris. Buku-bukunya antara lain The Popes and the Papacy in the Early Middle Ages 476–752 (1979), dan Sir Henry Irving: A Victorian Actor and His World (2005). Dia juga merupakan Pendamping dari Persekutuan St George.
