James Douglas Grant Dunn FBA (21 Oktober 1939 – 26 Juni 2020),^[1] juga dikenal sebagai Jimmy Dunn adalah seorang cendekiawan Perjanjian Baru Inggris yang selama beberapa tahun menjadi Lightfoot Professor of Divinity di Departemen Teologi di Universitas Durham. Ia berkarya dengan tradisi Protestan.

Dunn telah mendapatkan gelar MA dan BD dari Universitas Glasgow dan PhD dan DD dari Universitas Cambridge. Pada 2002, Dunn menjadi Presiden Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas, sebuah badan internasional untuk pembelajaran Perjanjian Baru. Hanya tiga sarjana Inggris yang menjadi Presiden badan tersebut pada 25 tahun sebelumnya.
