KolonelGail Seymour "Hal" Halvorsen (10 Oktober 1920–16 Februari 2022) adalah seorang purnawirawan dan pilot komando dalam Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat.[1] Ia dikenal dengan sebutan "Berlin Candy Bomber" atau "Uncle Wiggly Wings" dan dikenal karena menjatuhkan permen kepada anak-anak Jerman pada Blokade Berlin dari 1948 sampai 1949.
