Now Golden State will try to bounce back on Sunday as they face off against the Nuggets in a tough home matchup.
On the other side, Denver enters Sunday’s contest with a 36-21 record after defeating the Portland Trail Blazers on the road in dominant fashion on Friday night.
Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets in Friday’s victory as he ended the game with 32 points, nine rebounds and seven assists while Jamal Murray recorded 25 points, six rebounds and six assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday afternoon’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Nuggets Injury Report: Will Jamal Murray, Jalen Pickett Play?
For the Nuggets, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Murray and Jalen Pickett.
Denver has listed Murray as questionable due to right hamstring tightness and he is in danger of missing his first game since January 23, though he was able to play through the injury in Friday’s victory.

If Murray is sidelined, Bruce Brown and Tim Hardaway Jr. could both be in line for increased roles.
The Nuggets have ruled out Pickett due to right knee soreness as he will miss his third consecutive contest.
Aaron Gordon and Peyton Watson have also been ruled out as they both remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.
Warriors Injury Report: Will Stephen Curry, Kristaps Porzingis Play?
On the other side, the Warriors have four players listed on their injury report, including both Stephen Curry and Kristaps Porzingis.
Golden State has ruled out Curry to a lingering right knee injury that has kept him out since January 30 and he is expected to miss at least one more week.
With Curry still sidelined, Pat Spencer, Brandin Podziemski and Gary Payton II will likely all continue to have increased roles.
The Warriors have also ruled out Seth Curry as he is set to miss at least two more weeks due to sciatic nerve irritation while Jimmy Butler is out for the remainder of the season due to a torn ACL.
Porzingis has been listed as probable and is expected to play despite still dealing with an Achilles injury after making his Warriors’ debut in Thursday’s loss.
